With a strong foundation in education, I held a California multiple-subject teaching credential before transitioning to post-secondary education. I am currently the program lead responsible for recruitment and admissions for the Master of Innovation & Entrepreneurship program at UCI.

 

My 16 years of experience in education—including roles at UC Irvine, USC, and MIT—have prepared me to be an impactful board member focusing on advancing education for all Fountain Valley School District students.

 

My professional accomplishments are complemented by my deep involvement in the community, serving as a room parent, on School Site Council, directing the Newland Variety Show, and as a Girl Scout leader. At UCI, I also served on the Chancellor's Club Leadership Council, supporting educational excellence and institutional advancement.

 

I hold a degree in Criminology, Law, and Society from UC Irvine and a Master of Arts in Education from Pepperdine University.

 

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Andre, and our daughter, who is a current FVSD student.
